Roles & Responsibilities:
As part of the organisation’s Philanthropic Development team, you will head the department’s Philanthropist Cultivation and Gift Management portfolio. Leading a team, your role will involve:
- Developing and executing stewardship strategy aligned with the organisation’s philanthropic goals.
- Leading donor relations activities and manage the Stewardship Team’s operations, programmes, and budget.
- Overseeing donor reporting, gift agreements and compliance, ensuring proper fund usage and impactful donor communications.
- Direct donor appreciation programmes, strengthening engagements with philanthropists through events and reporting.
- Supporting the Head of Department in hosting VIPs and high-profile philanthropists, encouraging engagement and donor satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder, with more than 15 years of experience in a complex environment.
- Experience in driving Loyalty Marketing from industries such as Hospitality, Aviation, Luxury Retail or Healthcare etc.
- Demonstrated capabilities in working with high-profile, affluent clientele.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences with clarity and gravitas.
- Appreciation and passion in making a positive social impact through Philanthropy in a meaningful sector.
