About the job
- Establish, monitor, and assess High Net Worth (HNW) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Analyze performance against targets to devise and implement business strategies, project management, and initiatives aimed at optimizing outcomes.
- Review and ensure the smooth operation of case management processes concerning HNW applications, file tracking, case updates, and related procedures.
- Lead the Banca/Broker Team to boost HNW sales and attain both Total Wealth Net Sales (TWNS) and New Business Equivalent Value (NBEV) budgets.
- Foster business growth through engagements and training, ensuring that Banca/Broker teams are well-acquainted with the company’s value propositions and market products.
- Proactively identify and cultivate HNW opportunities and emerging market trends. Gather market gap information and provide feedback to the Department Head.
- Support HNW product innovation and improvement by leveraging market intelligence.
- Deliver high-quality service and timely responses to HNW-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Case Managers, New Business Underwriting, Compliance, and Customer Service, to address issues, appeals, and feedback.
- Provide regular management reports on sales performance, pipelines, and business updates to the Department Head.
- Assist the Department Head with HNW-related matters.
- Minimum a degree holder with at least 10 years of relevant work experience
- Leadership, management skills and the ability to coach, motivate and retain staff
- Possesses strong business acumen
- Experience in Life Insurance product and/or business development is a mandatory pre-requisite
- Knowledge of underwriting requirements for high net worth cases
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint & Word)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
